I jumped into real estate full time in April of 2001.

I have helped buyers and sellers throughout the valley - Queen Creek to Glendale, Scottsdale to Maricopa.

I pay attention to market trends, habits and behaviors of buyers and sellers in real estate. For example:

• 70% of the Silent Generation (ages 74-94) search online real estate websites.
• 90% of Older Boomers (ages 65-73) search online real estate websites.
• 82% of Younger Boomers (ages 55-64) use the internet "frequently".
• 73% of buyers use a mobile or tablet website or app.

I incorporate this type of information into how I run my business for both buyers and sellers.
